Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their fourth child Psalm West.

In a post on twitter, Kardashian shared a screenshot of text messages with her husband, saying “Beautiful Mother’s Day with the arrival of our fourth child we are blessed beyond measure we have everything we need.”

The couple announced their newborn’s name a week after the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star shared on Twitter that he had arrived.via a surrogate.

Psalm joins older siblings Chicago, 3-year-old Saint and 5-year-old North.

Psalm (pronounced like Sahm, where the “P” is silent) is a sacred song or hymn.

Nigeria's Independence Day

Nigeria became a British protectorate in 1901. Colonization lasted until 1960, when an independence movement succeeded in gaining Nigeria its independence. Nigeria  first became a republic in 1963. We are independent at 58 but not free until we: 1.Tell ourselves the truth all the time. 2.Refuse to be treated as objects but subjects 3. Refuse to be taken as electoral stock but national assets. 4. Counter the delusion of our emotions over reason.  Let us felicitate in the joy of being a part of this year’s independence. Let us rejoice and be glad in the fact that we are alive to witness this historic day yet again! Today, 1st October, Nigeria celebrates her 58 years of independence.
